You'll leverage your product expertise to develop long-term technical roadmaps and drive platform adoption. This role requires strong advisory skills and experience with complex product use cases.
You have a strong background in technology and business, with experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role. You possess the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, particularly on the HubSpot platform. Your expertise allows you to advise on solution design and identify opportunities for system integration, ensuring a unified platform experience for customers. You are skilled at developing long-term technical roadmaps that influence key stakeholders and drive significant value and ROI. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside Solutions Partners to address complex product use cases and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor, guiding customers through their business and technology transformations. You will lead discovery sessions and solution design for complex, multi-hub engagements, ensuring that customers unlock the full potential of HubSpot's unified platform. Your responsibilities will include advising on best practices for solution design and integration, as well as developing and articulating long-term technical roadmaps that align with customer goals. You will work closely with both customers and partners, fostering relationships that drive deeper platform adoption across the entire customer lifecycle. Your role will also involve influencing key technical and business stakeholders to invest in strategies that deliver tangible business value.
