Chime is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to support the Marketing function by driving expense forecasting and budgeting. You'll work closely with Marketing stakeholders and enhance the accuracy of financial forecasts. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You have a strong analytical mindset and are detail-oriented, with experience in budgeting and forecasting. You excel at building cross-functional partnerships and have a clear, confident communication style that helps you influence decision-making. Your ability to balance precision with speed is key to your success in this role. You are committed to improving the accuracy and reliability of marketing expense forecasts over time, ensuring that the marketing budget is managed effectively. You understand the importance of being a trusted thought partner to stakeholders, and you thrive in environments where you can drive strategic initiatives.
Experience in a fast-paced finance environment is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing finance. You may have worked on brand campaigns or partnerships, and you understand the nuances of creative production and agency management. Your background may include working with software tooling and managing headcounts, which will be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will develop, deliver, and maintain clear, insightful reporting that helps business leaders stay within budget and operate efficiently. You will own and continuously improve the budgeting and forecasting process, enhancing accuracy through strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with Marketing stakeholders to ensure that forecasts are accurate and that you are influencing decision-making effectively. Your contributions will have a direct impact on Chime's broader financial strategy, and you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives across key areas of the marketing function.
Chime offers a competitive base salary starting at $105,000 and going up to $145,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus and a competitive equity package, along with comprehensive benefits. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success.
