Handshake is seeking First-Line Supervisors of Housekeeping and Janitorial Workers to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No AI experience is required for this contract position.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in housekeeping or janitorial work, which equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. You are comfortable working independently and can provide structured feedback based on your expertise in the field. Your experience may include resolving customer complaints, training workers in food preparation, and assigning duties and responsibilities. You are adaptable and open to learning new skills as you contribute to the development of AI in your area of expertise.
In this role, you will participate in an hourly, temporary AI research project where you will evaluate the outputs of AI models related to your field. You will develop prompts that reflect your professional experience and assess the AI's responses to ensure they align with real-world tasks and language. The position is remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work flexibly from anywhere in the United States.
