What you'll do

As a FinOps Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring payments and resolving issues related to payment failures, delays, or variances. You will perform root cause analyses on vendor and invoice levels, identifying and analyzing issues to support the development of robust solutions. Your role will involve supporting bank traces and payment inquiries through data analysis and reporting, contributing to metrics that help improve payment processes. You will interact with internal stakeholders, vendor managers, and financial communication partners to ensure smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
