KnowBe4 is seeking an Account Manager (SMB) to help small and medium businesses enhance their security posture. You'll deepen customer relationships and drive expansion within your book of business. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a background in sales.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing accounts for small and medium businesses. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is key to your success. You understand the importance of cybersecurity and are passionate about helping organizations improve their security culture. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-person collaboration. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth within your existing accounts and are skilled at communicating the value of solutions to clients.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies that focus on customer success. You are comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and can adapt your approach to meet their unique needs. A background in technology sales or account management will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager (SMB) at KnowBe4, you will own a book of business and be responsible for deepening relationships with your clients. You will identify opportunities to expand the use of KnowBe4's solutions, helping clients to enhance their security posture. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring they receive the maximum value from our products.
