You have experience in managing operations within a customer service or servicing environment, demonstrating your ability to lead teams effectively. You understand the importance of compliance and quality standards, ensuring that your team meets regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service. Your background includes working with complex cases, particularly in areas such as Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Mortgage, and Probate, allowing you to navigate high-risk situations with confidence. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to guide frontline agents and Senior SMEs effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment. You are adept at driving process improvements and have a keen eye for identifying areas where operational efficiency can be enhanced. Your leadership style emphasizes team development, and you are committed to mentoring your staff to achieve their professional goals.
