Range is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for their AI-powered financial solutions. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, utilizing Figma to create user flows and wireframes. This role requires significant design experience and a passion for enhancing user experience.
You have extensive experience in product design, ideally with a focus on financial services or technology. Your background includes owning the end-to-end design process, from problem discovery to pixel-perfect handoffs to engineering teams. You are proficient in Figma and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, allowing you to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and engineers to define project scopes and timelines. Your ability to map user flows and wireframe concepts is complemented by your attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs. You are passionate about enhancing member experiences and are excited to contribute to a culture that values innovation and teamwork.
Experience with AI-powered solutions or financial technology is a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing can further enhance your contributions to the team. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills and processes.
