In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and onboarding the JumpCloud platform for clients. You will work closely with IT teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to facilitate the integration of the platform into their existing systems. Your role will involve educating clients on the features and benefits of the JumpCloud platform, ensuring they understand how to manage their identities, devices, and access effectively. You will provide ongoing support during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns that arise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve the implementation process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
