Lean Six Sigma Engineer (w/m/d/x)

Who you are

You have a degree in a relevant field and experience in improvement projects — you understand the methodologies behind Lean Six Sigma and are eager to apply them in a production environment. You are proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, and Tableau, which you use to derive insights and drive process improvements. Your analytical thinking and prioritization skills enable you to tackle complex challenges effectively. As a team player, you thrive in cross-functional environments and can build strong relationships with management and colleagues alike.

What you'll do

In this role, you will independently lead and support Yellow and Green-Belt projects within the production facility, aiming to enhance key operational metrics sustainably. You will take responsibility for change initiatives, from the introduction of new processes and technologies to their successful integration across the organization. You will plan, manage, and accompany projects in the realm of Operational Excellence, ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of progress. Additionally, you will share your knowledge through training and coaching sessions, equipping others with the tools and methods necessary for process optimization. You will document best practices, process improvements, and lessons learned, regularly reporting on progress and successes to management. Your efforts will help establish clear standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement based on the principles of Standard Work and proven methodologies.
