Experience with Agentic AI and familiarity with sales processes would be advantageous. A background in SaaS firms and understanding of enterprise modernization techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the definition of overall architecture and cloud strategy for Celonis' largest client accounts. You will engage with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and design architectures that facilitate their business goals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales teams to support new customer acquisition and retention efforts, as well as contributing to upselling initiatives. You will be instrumental in identifying and resolving technical challenges that may hinder client success. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Value Engineering and Information Security, to ensure that architectural solutions align with business objectives. Your success will be measured by customer acquisition rates, retention, and overall contributions to the sales team's performance.
