What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes sanding and masking. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that every vehicle is painted to perfection. Your role will involve matching and mixing paint colors to achieve the desired finish, and you will work within our paint booths to apply water-based paint efficiently. You will also collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency in the painting process. Your contributions will help Carvana maintain its reputation as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in the U.S. You will have opportunities to mentor entry-level painters and share your knowledge, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
