Overview

Navan is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive sales and manage client relationships. You'll be responsible for pipeline generation and closing deals with C-level executives. This role requires a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives is one of your key strengths, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and build lasting relationships. You understand the importance of pipeline generation and are skilled in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is driven by results, always looking for ways to improve your sales strategies and outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, starting from prospecting and cold-calling to conducting product demos and closing deals. You will be responsible for driving sales by creating and managing opportunities in your pipeline, aiming to close 1-2 deals per month. Understanding Navan’s value proposition and solutions will be crucial, as you will employ value-based sales approaches to engage potential clients. You will multi-thread into various departments within client organizations to build a compelling business case and present it to C-level executives for budget approval. Post-sale, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partnering with the Account Management team to ensure a successful launch and ongoing usage of Navan’s platform. You will oversee all sales activities within your account list, ensuring that you meet individual goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Navan offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
