What you'll do

In your day-to-day at Upflow, you will architect and implement complex, high-impact features from start to finish — this includes collaborating closely with the product manager to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet user needs. You will work on integrations with third-party financial systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization for millions of transactions.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our REST API, focusing on performance and reliability — your contributions will directly impact how our users interact with our platform and the efficiency of their cash collection processes. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of our engineering practices.

As part of a small, efficient team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion — you will work in a culture that values continuous deployment, with an average of 10 deploys in production per day. Your role will involve not only technical implementation but also mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge with the team.
