What you'll do

As the Lead Barista at Thuma, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from opening to closing. You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional barista skills while mentoring and training your team members. Your role will involve crafting high-quality coffee beverages and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe.

You will play a pivotal role in the new store opening, helping to establish the cafe's culture and standards. Your leadership will be essential in creating a positive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated. You will also engage with customers, providing them with an exceptional experience that keeps them coming back.

In addition to your barista duties, you will assist the Store Manager in managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. You will be responsible for upholding Thuma's values and standards, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
