You have experience in training or instructional roles, which equips you to support new hires and assist in their onboarding process. What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate and execute training for all process paths in the Fulfilment Center. You will act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers, ensuring they deliver training according to the AMET Standard. You will analyze data daily to improve the new hire learning experience and provide constructive feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers. Your responsibilities will include organizing cross-training assignments and monitoring skill gaps to support critical role training. You will collaborate with operations to enhance training processes and support the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers. Additionally, you will attend meetings to provide necessary information and feedback on training effectiveness.
