Your responsibilities will include organizing cross-training assignments and monitoring skill gaps to support critical role training. You will collaborate with operations to enhance training processes and support the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers. Additionally, you will attend meetings to provide necessary information and feedback on training effectiveness.
