You are skilled in driving top-line sales performance through community marketing initiatives, technology enhancements, and new product launches. What you'll do

As the District Manager at sweetgreen, you will lead the operational strategy for multiple locations, ensuring that each store meets its performance goals. You will develop and implement training programs that inspire all locations to deliver high-quality culinary operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve setting clear goals for head coaches and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them achieve their objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the right support is provided to stores, removing barriers to performance and enhancing operational efficiency. Your focus on community engagement will drive customer connections, while your analytical skills will help you track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
