You'll partner with sales and engineering teams to define value and manage projects to successful outcomes. This role requires a mix of product management skills and C-suite engagement.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in high-value AI solutions. You excel at building trust with C-suite executives and have a knack for deep discovery to understand complex business landscapes. Your ability to define Minimum Viable Products and success criteria is complemented by a hands-on approach to project management. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and sales teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are results-oriented and possess a strategic mindset that enables you to scope and quantify business value effectively.
Experience in AI or data-driven projects is a plus, as is familiarity with technical solutions that address large-scale business challenges. You should be comfortable navigating organizational politics and have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to delivery. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the key liaison between customers and internal teams.
As a Deployment Strategist at Databricks, you will be embedded with strategic customers from the initial sales call through to the delivery of production-ready solutions. You will act as the product manager for the customer's problem, guiding the engineering team with a clear PRD and managing the project lifecycle. Your role will involve performing deep discovery to map the customer's organization and quantify the business value of the solutions you propose. You will partner with Account Executives to build trust and ensure alignment on project goals and success criteria.
