Upstart is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager for Emerging Products to drive growth through strategic partnerships. You'll work with mission-aligned companies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. This role requires experience in partnership management and a passion for improving access to credit.
You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders and have a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships. You are passionate about Upstart's mission to improve access to affordable credit and are motivated by the impact you can make in this role. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate the value of partnerships to both internal and external stakeholders. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform partnership strategies and decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining a focus on results.
As the Senior Partnerships Manager for Emerging Products, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that align with Upstart's growth objectives. You will work closely with the Growth Partnerships team to create and expand a diverse set of partnerships that enhance Upstart's reach and impact. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and ensuring successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals. Additionally, you will monitor partnership performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will also represent Upstart at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value of our partnerships and building relationships with potential partners.
