You have a strong background in solutions architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role. Your ability to understand complex business issues and articulate how technology can solve them is key to your success. You are passionate about continuous learning and improving both yourself and your team, always questioning the status quo to drive better outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, engaging with sales teams, customers, and partners to build lasting relationships.

Your technical expertise includes a deep understanding of the Elastic Stack, and you are comfortable discussing its capabilities and applications with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have experience in crafting value-based relationships at all levels within organizations, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the benefits of Elastic's solutions. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to engage with the Elastic community, participating in events and programs that promote the platform.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-based solutions and a solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts will set you apart. Familiarity with security and observability tools is a plus, as is a background in sales engineering or technical account management. What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Elastic, you will serve as the technical point of contact for your assigned accounts, working closely with account managers to understand customer goals and objectives. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial in building trust and credibility with clients. You will participate in community events, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a strong Elastic community.

In addition, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions by providing feedback from the field to our product teams.
