Who you are

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in paintless dent repair (PDR) within the automotive industry. Your expertise includes accessing panels and employing glue-pulling techniques to effectively repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will work closely with your team to ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in excellent condition and on time. Your role will involve assessing damage, determining the best repair methods, and executing repairs efficiently. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, ensuring your skills and pay progress alongside the company.
