You are also adept at managing logistics, ensuring the safe movement of vehicles in and out of the Inspection Center.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the Inspection Center, overseeing the movement of vehicles and ensuring that production and quality goals are met. You will lead a team of hourly associates, providing guidance and support as they work to inspect and perfect vehicles. Your responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.

You will engage with your team regularly, conducting coaching sessions and performance reviews to help them grow in their roles.
