Google is seeking a Policy Enforcement Manager for Threat Investigations to enhance YouTube's safety and policy enforcement. You'll leverage skills in data analytics, SQL, and machine learning to drive strategy and business actions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields. Your background may include a Master's degree in a related field, and you possess experience with machine learning. You are proficient in SQL and have a strong understanding of building dashboards, data collection and transformation, and data visualization. Your skills also extend to scripting or programming languages, such as Python. You have experience in program management, operations management, escalation management, and stakeholder management, particularly in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content. You excel in problem-solving, using data to drive strategy and business actions, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will manage projects that involve multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and significant organizational implications. You will utilize Google’s big data to conduct data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, and synthesize information to solve problems. Your insights will influence business decision-making, and you will present market trends to various stakeholders. You will work closely with YouTube’s Trust & Safety team to enhance the platform's safety for users, viewers, and content creators. Your responsibilities will include understanding and addressing online content concerns, navigating global legal frameworks, and writing and enforcing worldwide policy. You will also be involved in developing solutions that improve business performance and contribute to the overall mission of making YouTube a safe space for expression.
