Stay22 is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to manage relationships with major travel brands. You'll focus on onboarding and optimizing partnerships to drive growth. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You have a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships, particularly in the travel sector, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel in building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring that both your organization and partners achieve their goals. Your analytical skills allow you to use data effectively to identify performance gaps and implement growth strategies that drive results. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Marketing, and Product, ensuring that all aspects of partner management are aligned and optimized for success.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to lead commercial discussions and deliver presentations to both internal leadership and external partners. Your experience with frameworks like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale equips you to uncover partner needs and close growth opportunities effectively. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously while tracking KPIs and reporting on performance metrics.
Experience in the affiliate marketing space is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in the travel industry. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies that can enhance your effectiveness in the role. A background in data analysis or performance marketing will help you excel in this position, as you will be expected to forecast and report on key metrics such as GMV and conversion rates.
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of global travel supply partners, including OTAs, activities, and accommodations. You will lead the partner onboarding process, ensuring that integrations are stable and scalable. Your responsibilities will include driving continuous optimization of partnerships, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to address any integration challenges. You will use data to identify performance gaps and implement strategies that enhance partner outcomes and contribute to Stay22’s growth.
You will forecast, track, and report on key performance indicators, delivering quarterly business reviews to partners and internal stakeholders. Your role will involve structuring partner plans around established frameworks to build alignment and uncover growth opportunities. You will also be responsible for leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, ensuring that both Stay22 and its partners are aligned on goals and expectations.
