Relativity is seeking a Quality Inspection Supervisor for their Precision Inspection team to ensure quality in rocket manufacturing. You have a strong background in quality assurance and inspection processes, ideally within a manufacturing or aerospace environment. Your experience includes leading teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You understand the importance of embedding quality into every part of the design and production process, not just at the end. You are a problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions. Your communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing how products are built from the start. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality throughout the production lifecycle.

What you'll do

As the Quality Inspection Supervisor, you will lead the quality team in implementing inspection processes that ensure the highest standards are met for the Terran R vehicle. You will work closely with design, manufacturing, and test teams to embed quality into every aspect of production. Your role will involve developing and refining inspection protocols, training team members, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will also be responsible for analyzing inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will influence design decisions to enhance manufacturability and quality. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of quality within the organization, ensuring that every team member understands their role in achieving quality objectives.
