Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are eager to contribute to a team that values happiness in the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with the information they need to enjoy their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in community events, helping to build Carvana's reputation as a customer-centric company. You will work a shift from 11am to 9pm, with a flexible schedule that includes working 7 days a week, with rotating days off. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see your pay increase as you progress through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days.
