Carvana is seeking a Senior Heavy Collision Technician to perform extensive bodywork and train other technicians. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, specifically in heavy collision repair. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, straightening, and stud welding. You are skilled in roof and rocker panel repair, as well as large area bodywork, including Bondo repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience in training other autobody technicians is a plus, as you will be expected to share your knowledge and skills with less experienced team members. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in automotive repair will help you excel in this role.
As a Senior Heavy Collision Technician at Carvana, you will perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels of vehicles. You will be responsible for training and mentoring other autobody technicians, ensuring they develop their skills and adhere to the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for.
