SingleStore is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts with large strategic customers. You'll build C-suite relationships and close multi-million dollar deals. This role requires a strong background in sales and a value-selling approach.
You are an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in closing new business and expanding existing accounts. With a strong focus on building and nurturing C-suite relationships, you consistently achieve revenue targets and excel in a value-selling approach that ties technology to measurable business outcomes. You thrive in complex sales cycles and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders across decision-making environments. Your experience includes developing strategic territory and account plans that maximize win rates and accelerate time-to-value for customers.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of software solutions effectively. You are comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder environments and have a deep understanding of the software industry. Your ability to partner closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Field Marketing teams enhances your effectiveness in driving deal strategy and pipeline generation. In this role, you will be responsible for closing new business and expanding existing business with large strategic customers. You will lead multiple customer sales cycles end to end, focusing on new logo acquisition while managing longer, more complex deal timelines. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic territory and account plans to consistently achieve revenue targets within a defined portfolio. You will own and grow large, strategic customer accounts, navigating complex environments and managing relationships across various stakeholders.
You will partner closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Field Marketing teams to drive deal strategy and execution. Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will also be a key aspect of your role, supporting pipeline development and co-selling efforts. You will quickly develop a deep understanding of the company’s software products and leverage this knowledge to articulate value propositions to potential customers. Your success will be measured by your ability to close multi-million dollar deals and increase lifetime customer value.
