You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building and deploying scalable applications that enhance business operations. Your expertise in Java allows you to write well-crafted, maintainable code that meets high standards of quality. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and Operations, to develop solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in the marketplace.
Your experience with AI and machine learning enables you to infuse these capabilities into existing workflows, demonstrating agility in adopting emerging technologies. You understand the importance of maintaining high availability and reliability in production systems, and you are willing to participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational excellence.
You have a strong foundation in software architecture and can help define the roadmap and architecture based on both technology and business needs. Your ability to lead large projects from conception to execution is complemented by your commitment to code quality, as you actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within your team.
Experience with foundational models and decision-making applications is a plus, as is familiarity with the rideshare industry. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions that benefit the organization.
