Illumio is seeking an Onsite Interview Concierge to enhance the in-person interview experience. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring candidates feel welcomed and supported during their visits. This entry-level contract position is based at the company's headquarters.
You are a warm, polished, and highly organized individual who thrives in a customer-facing role. Your attention to detail and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere make you an ideal candidate for the Onsite Interview Concierge position. You possess excellent communication skills and can engage with candidates in a friendly and professional manner. In this role, you will be the first and last impression candidates have when they visit Illumio's office. You will greet candidates upon arrival, guide them through the interview process, and ensure they have everything they need for a successful visit. You will coordinate with interviewers to ensure that schedules are adhered to and that candidates are kept informed throughout their time at the office. Your role will involve managing logistics for onsite interviews, including setting up interview rooms and ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared. You will also gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve the interview experience and reflect Illumio's values in every interaction.
