What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the month-end closing and audit processes for Glovo's African legal entities, ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and submitted on time. You will lead a team of 8 accountants, providing guidance and support to help them meet their goals. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and internal policies, as well as conducting performance analysis to explain variances against the business plan. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial data is aligned with operational goals and contribute to strategic discussions regarding financial performance.
