Glovo is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design initiatives within their UX team. You'll drive the vision and execution of user experiences across their product ecosystem. This role requires strong design leadership and expertise in Figma.
You have extensive experience in product design, ideally with a focus on user experience and interface design. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects that highlight your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable taking ownership of complex design challenges. You are passionate about user-centered design and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your work meets high standards of quality. You are also committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus. Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to their development would be beneficial. Knowledge of user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements is also desirable.
