n8n is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for their R&D team. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's talent strategy and culture. This position requires extensive experience in talent acquisition and a passion for building diverse teams.
You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly within the tech industry, and you understand the nuances of recruiting for R&D roles. Your experience spans at least 5 years, during which you've developed a keen eye for identifying top talent and fostering relationships with candidates. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at working with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
You are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace and have experience implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in your recruitment processes. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders alike. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve recruitment outcomes, ensuring that your strategies are both effective and efficient.
