What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the talent acquisition strategy for n8n's R&D team, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans that align with our company culture and values. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.

You will also play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, leveraging social media and other channels to showcase n8n as an employer of choice. You will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will mentor and support junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
