What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product roadmap for Driver Coaching, ensuring alignment with Geotab's strategic goals. You will conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in driver safety and fleet management. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features that enhance the user experience. You will define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and iterate based on user feedback. You will lead cross-functional meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed about product developments. You will stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. You will mentor junior product team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team. You will represent the product team in executive meetings, providing insights and updates on product performance and future directions.
