Celonis is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs in the Utilities & Energy industry. You'll act as a strategic advisor to clients, driving value realization through data-driven strategies. This role requires a proven track record in influencing C-level leaders and managing complex programs.
You are a strategic leader with a strong background in the Utilities & Energy industry, bringing at least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management. You have a proven track record of influencing C-level executives and driving enterprise-scale transformation programs. Your ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and translate complex data into actionable insights sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while championing innovation and customer maturity.
Experience in SaaS firms is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technology. You are adept at building relationships and have a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving. Your executive presence and strategic vision enable you to shape multi-year transformation strategies effectively.
In this role, you will lead the Value Engineering function across your accounts, acting as the primary executive advisor for strategic customers. You will spearhead data-driven transformation programs, ensuring that clients realize long-term value from Celonis’ platform capabilities. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Services, Sales, and Solution Specialists, to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will validate insights and business cases, removing execution barriers to drive successful outcomes. Additionally, you will champion innovation and elevate customer maturity, guiding clients to become Lighthouse references.
