Who you are

You are an experienced Clinician with a strong background in providing medical assistance and support. You understand the importance of delivering high standards of care and are committed to patient safety and quality assurance. You have experience working in a multi-professional clinical team and are familiar with international medical and regulatory standards. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a remote environment, ensuring that you are available to provide support as needed.

Desirable

Experience in telehealth and case management is a plus, as is familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives in a clinical setting. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to enhance patient care and are comfortable working on a rota basis to provide 24/7 support.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver first-line medical assistance to corporate clients and individuals, ensuring that all interactions meet the highest standards of care. You will be responsible for managing cases from pre-deployment through to post-travel phases, providing guidance and support to clients as needed. You will actively contribute to patient safety initiatives and work collaboratively with your clinical team to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards. Your role will involve continuous improvement efforts, where you will identify areas for enhancement in service delivery and patient care.
