You have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and at least 1+ years of experience with structures, avionics, propulsion, or automotive hardware installation. You may also hold a certificate from an accredited trade school or program. Your background includes hands-on operations with both large and small mechanical assemblies, showcasing your ability to work with precision calibrated tools including automated and manual torque wrenches. You are comfortable using various mechanical tools without instruction and have a keen eye for detail to ensure product quality and conformance to specifications. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with production engineers to develop and document activities while ensuring all production services are performed on time and safely. You are proactive in troubleshooting hardware issues in real-time and providing feedback to eliminate repeat issues.
