Block is seeking a Territory Account Executive to drive sales and build partnerships in Tucson. You'll engage with local businesses, conduct demos, and close deals to empower the community. This role requires strong execution skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Who you are

You are an exceptional Territory Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding sales expectations. You thrive in high-impact environments and take full ownership of your territory, embodying Square's mission of economic empowerment. Your ability to operate strategically and decisively is key to your success in this role. You enjoy engaging with local businesses and have a knack for building relationships that foster growth. You are motivated by impactful work and are eager to join a high-performance team with high standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead your market with disciplined, in-person execution, spending approximately 80% of your week in the field. You will engage with local businesses, conducting around 50–60 targeted business visits each week. Your responsibilities will include running a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion where you generate leads, identify customer needs, deliver compelling demos, and close deals across Square's full ecosystem of industry-leading software and hardware. You will be the face of Square in one of our highest-opportunity markets, responsible for building a pipeline from the ground up and elevating Square's visibility in your community.
