OpenAI is seeking a People Data & Reporting Analyst to support the Senior People Analytics Partner in building reliable datasets and preparing reports for leadership. You'll work with SQL and data analysis tools to provide insights that inform organizational decisions.
You have a strong analytics background and are comfortable working with data stakeholders across the organization. You are excited to learn and grow in the People Analytics domain, and while HR experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. You are detail-oriented and capable of preparing and auditing reporting for leadership reviews. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building reliable datasets that inform decision-making processes.
Experience with data visualization tools and familiarity with HR metrics would be beneficial. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and technologies will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work.
In this role, you will support the Senior People Analytics Partner on various data gathering, reporting, and analysis needs for Executive Business Reviews and ad-hoc deep dives. You will own the preparation of reporting and slide-ready data exports for these reviews, ensuring that the data is accurate and presented clearly. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including People Systems, Finance, and Recruiting Operations, to prepare, validate, and document datasets used for People reporting. Additionally, you will help build and scale recurring reporting based on existing frameworks and stakeholder feedback, contributing to the overall efficiency of the People Analytics team.
At OpenAI, you will be part of a mission-driven team that is dedicated to hiring, engaging, and retaining world-class talent. We provide a supportive environment where you can grow your skills and advance your career in People Analytics. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the future of technology and contribute to the responsible development of AI.
