What you'll do

As the Accounting Lead at Earnin, you will play a key role in managing the month-end and year-end close processes — you'll ensure timely and accurate financial reporting as the company prepares for a public company environment. You will support audits and work closely with various departments to enhance internal controls and financial reporting practices. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation of financial statements, coordinating with external auditors, and implementing best practices in accounting operations. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
