What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the data engineering team at phData, driving the development and implementation of innovative data solutions for our clients. You will oversee the design and architecture of data pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices. Your leadership will guide the team in tackling complex data challenges, from data ingestion to transformation and analysis.

You will collaborate closely with other teams, including data scientists and product managers, to ensure that data solutions meet the needs of the business and its customers. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction for the team, making key decisions on tools and technologies, and ensuring that the team adheres to high standards of quality and performance.

As a Senior Director, you will also play a crucial role in shaping the culture of the data engineering team.
