Conga is seeking a Senior Analyst for Global Compensation & Benefits to manage benefits matters and assist in compensation planning. This role is based in Bangalore and requires expertise in compensation and benefits management.
You have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, with experience in overseeing benefits matters and executing compensation planning processes. Your analytical skills enable you to assess and improve compensation strategies effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various stakeholders to implement best practices in compensation and benefits. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience in managing benefits across multiple regions, particularly in India and EMEA, is a plus. Familiarity with compensation planning tools and methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are comfortable working with data to support your recommendations.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of benefits for employees in India and EMEA, including renewals and Open Enrollment processes. You will assist in the implementation and execution of the Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) and Annual Incentive Plan, ensuring that all processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with third-party agencies to ensure that benefits offerings are competitive and meet the needs of our workforce. Your role will involve analyzing compensation data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership, helping to shape the overall compensation strategy for the organization.
You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with local regulations and ensuring that all benefits programs are aligned with company policies. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you work to enhance the employee experience through effective compensation and benefits management.
