What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and refining change management strategies for Berkadia’s digital product portfolio. You will consult and oversee the management of change initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your ability to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives will be crucial, as you will adjust approaches as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. You will lead teams, providing direction and support to effectively manage change initiatives and drive technology adoption. Additionally, you will own the vision and execution of training and certification programs, reinforcing technology adoption and proficiency across the organization. Your role will also involve creating and presenting updates to leadership, ensuring that all levels of the organization are informed about progress and challenges.
