Apple is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Enablement & Adoption to lead the adoption of AI across Services Operations. You'll design and implement AI education and training programs while collaborating with various teams. This role requires extensive experience in strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
You have extensive experience in leading AI initiatives and a proven track record of building and scaling educational programs. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of new technologies, particularly in the realm of Artificial Intelligence. You are adept at designing role-based learning journeys that cater to diverse audiences, from those new to AI to technical teams pushing innovation boundaries. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your strategic mindset allows you to shape the AI adoption strategy while also being hands-on in executing training programs. You are passionate about fostering a culture of learning and collaboration, and you thrive in environments where you can influence change and drive transformation.
Experience in change management and community building within an organization is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business operations will enhance your ability to lead this initiative effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and leading the organization-wide AI learning and adoption strategy. You will craft engaging and scalable learning experiences for employees and leaders, ensuring that AI fluency is embedded into onboarding and leadership development. You will collaborate closely with teams in Learning & Development, HR, Communications, Product, and Engineering to integrate AI training into day-to-day workflows. Additionally, you will oversee the AI Ambassadors network, building a global community of advocates for AI adoption. Your role will involve driving AI community efforts and implementing necessary change management strategies to ensure a successful AI transformation across Services Operations. You will also monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to maximize impact and engagement.
