Checkly is seeking a Senior Account Executive to empower developers in ensuring application performance and reliability. You'll work with OpenTelemetry, Playwright, and Monitoring as Code to build relationships with engineering teams. This role requires experience in enterprise sales and a passion for helping developers.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment — you understand the nuances of selling to engineering teams and can articulate the value of performance and reliability solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships is key, as you will engage with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Checkly can meet them.
You thrive in a flexible and async-first startup environment — you appreciate the importance of transparency and inclusivity in a team setting. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to close deals that genuinely help developers, and you are motivated by the impact your work has on their success.
You are comfortable working with technical concepts and can easily communicate the benefits of tools like OpenTelemetry and Playwright — your technical acumen allows you to engage in meaningful conversations with engineering teams, helping them see the value in Checkly's offerings.
Experience with developer tools or performance monitoring solutions is a plus — you understand the challenges developers face and can empathize with their needs. Familiarity with the SaaS landscape and a network of contacts within the industry will help you hit the ground running.
As a Senior Account Executive at Checkly, you will focus on expanding our reach within enterprise accounts — your role will involve account expansion within our strong install base and managing warm inbound leads.
