Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform various bodywork tasks with precision and skill. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. You are familiar with large area, heavy bodywork techniques, including Bondo repair, and you take pride in delivering high-quality results. You are a team player who is committed to Carvana's mission and can adapt to the demands of the job, including the possibility of mandatory overtime based on business needs.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Body Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple vehicle panels, ensuring that each repair meets the company's high standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles we deliver to our customers. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company.

What we offer

Carvana provides a competitive wage ranging from $23 to $30 per hour, along with a $1 shift differential for those working the 2nd shift.
