You have a strong background in engineering management, with a proven track record of leading teams of senior engineers. Your experience includes managing direct reports and aligning team goals with business and product objectives. You are skilled at ensuring predictable delivery and operational excellence, and you thrive in a remote-first culture. Your passion for developer tooling drives you to create exceptional developer experiences, and you have a keen eye for detail. You enjoy collaborating with product management to evolve interfaces that enhance Docker's ecosystem. You are curious and work well with customers, users, and partners, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity within your team.

Desirable

Experience in API design and usability is a plus, as well as familiarity with client libraries and integrations. You have a history of building successful teams and mentoring individual contributors, helping them grow in their careers. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Clients & SDKs team, overseeing the development of the developer-facing interfaces that allow engineers to interact with Docker programmatically.
