What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Kalepa, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI Underwriting Platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that improve user experience and streamline underwriting processes. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. You will also be involved in performance tuning and optimization of our applications to ensure they meet the demands of our users. Additionally, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring. Your contributions will directly impact the speed and quality of decision-making for our clients, making a meaningful difference in the commercial insurance landscape.
