Experience in automation and working with cross-functional teams is a plus, as is familiarity with anti-abuse systems and processes. You thrive in environments where you can contribute to enhancing user safety and have a keen interest in online content concerns and legal frameworks.
As an Engineering Analyst on YouTube's Trust and Safety team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data to reduce network badness on the platform. This role may require you to be on-call during weekends on a rotational basis, and you should be prepared to handle graphic or controversial content during team escalations.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly influence user safety on one of the world's largest platforms.
