You have experience in training and supporting businesses, particularly in the restaurant sector, and understand the importance of digitalization for growth. You are proactive in collecting feedback from restaurant partners and sharing insights with product teams to enhance training methods and tools. Your independent work ethic allows you to meet individual goals while tracking training effectiveness and adoption KPIs.
Experience in the restaurant industry or a strong passion for food and technology is a plus. Familiarity with software solutions and digital tools used in the hospitality sector will help you excel in this role.
As a B2B Restaurant Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to train restaurant partners on our software solutions, ensuring they understand how to leverage these tools for their business development. You will adapt your training pitch to suit different restaurant types, whether through phone, in-person, or virtual sessions. Your goal is to facilitate a smooth transition for restaurants as they embrace digitalization, helping them change their operational methods and effectively use our services.
You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products, creating needs that align with the restaurants' growth objectives. Your role will involve traveling to various restaurant locations as needed, allowing you to engage directly with clients and understand their unique challenges.
In addition to training, you will collect and share feedback from restaurant partners with our product teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our tools and training methods. Collaboration with Sales and Account Managers will be essential to ensure a smooth onboarding process and long-term adoption of our solutions.
