You'll work closely with large merchants to provide technical solutions and ensure excellent customer experiences. This role requires a solid understanding of APIs and project management skills.
You have a strong background in technical implementations, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in APIs and frontend development allows you to effectively consult and troubleshoot technical integrations. You are motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoy guiding clients through the project lifecycle. Your consultative approach enables you to build strong relationships with technical teams at various organizations. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to tackle unique technical challenges at scale. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

As an Implementation Engineer at Adyen, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest merchants globally.
